Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

United States: 3–10 business day

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of your order, and the selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (when available) so you can monitor your package's progress.

Multiple Shipments

Some products may ship separately if they are fulfilled from different warehouses or suppliers. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Maddie Shop26 is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work with reliable shipping carriers, delivery delays can occasionally occur.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We'll gladly assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
